REFERRAL PROCESS

Schools will phone or email Balance regarding a referral.

School will submit an electronic referral form to Balance AP.

A meeting will be arranged with the school, the student and their parent/carer.

SEN and Safeguarding info including risk assessments will need to be shared at the meeting.

Referral forms must be completed, Behaviour/Acceptable ICT contract signed before students begin their step out at Balance Alternative Provision.
