REFERRAL PROCESS

  • Schools will phone or email Balance regarding a referral.

  • School will submit an electronic referral form to Balance AP.

  • A meeting will be arranged with the school, the student and their parent/carer.

  • SEN and Safeguarding info including risk assessments will need to be shared at the meeting.

  • Referral forms must be completed, Behaviour/Acceptable ICT contract signed before students begin their step out at Balance Alternative Provision.
